Shipping Policy

We use USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail to ship online orders. We do our best to ship out your coffee within 24 hours of receiving your order.

We do not offer free shipping. Instead, we keep our rates low and fair in order to provide access to premium coffee to everyone, no matter the size of their order. We will continue to try to keep shipping costs as low as possible.

If you're going to be in the neighborhood of one of our uptown Manhattan cafe locations, you can save on shipping by requesting to pick up your order.

Refund/Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our coffee.  If you don’t like what you taste, return the remaining product, and we’ll happily give you a full refund.

Privacy Policy

We will never, ever share your information with anyone, beyond the business transactions you conduct with us, unless required by law.  With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
